Scrub Hub started from real life, not a business plan.

Before this, I worked in finance. It was stable, but it didn’t fit the life I needed to build as a lone parent. I needed flexibility… something that allowed me to be present for my children while still creating something of my own.

So I started small. My very first client was a friend who trusted me enough to begin and at first, I only had that one client.

Nearly eight years later, that small beginning has grown into something I’m really proud of.

I’ve learned that most people aren’t looking for perfection in their space, they’re looking for relief.

A fresh start. A reset. Someone who understands that life gets busy, messy, and overwhelming sometimes, and doesn’t judge them for it.

That’s really what this work has become for me.

It’s not just cleaning. It’s showing up for people in a way that makes their day feel a little lighter when I leave.

And I think that’s why I still love it.
